Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome to our website which we hope will be a useful source of information.
We know that choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make and we hope that by browsing our website you will decide that St. Elizabeth’s is your school of choice.
At St. Elizabeth’s we aim for high standards in everything we do. We believe our school is warm, welcoming and inclusive; a place where all children are supported and encouraged to love learning and to develop their skills and talents wisely.
At our most recent Ofsted inspection (March 2017) the inspector stated;
“Pupils’ broad smiles, warm handshakes and eagerness to talk to visitors, signal their pleasure in belonging to St. Elizabeth’s. They are proud to be part of the warm and loving community.”
At the heart of all we do is Jesus, the greatest teacher of all. We foster an environment of love and forgiveness and encourage all our children to be the best that they can be by living out our school motto to ‘Let Your Light Shine’.
We are confident that the years spent by your child at St. Elizabeth’s will be happy and successful and we hope that when your children leave us to go on to secondary education, they will be equipped with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to meet any new challenges with confidence. But above all, we hope that their love of God, nurtured during their years with us, will sustain them throughout their lives.
We are never complacent and are continually looking for ways in which we can improve the school further. We welcome visits, so that you can see us in action and see for yourself why St. Elizabeth's is such a special place to be.
I am very proud to be the Headteacher of such a fantastic school, our hard working staff are devoted to the families of St. Elizabeth’s and relationships with our parents are positive and supportive.
We hope that you enjoy browsing through our school website and that you will keep visiting again and again.
Mrs Lisa Kelly
